Ingredients
- 1 Can (15 oz.) Mandarin Oranges in light syrup, undrained
- 1 Pkg. (12 oz.) Frozen Cherries, thawed and drained
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter, melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread Mandarin oranges and cherries in prepared pan. Top with cake mix, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with coconut and almonds. Pour butter over top, covering cake as much as possible. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
