Ingredients

  • 1

    pound ground beef

  • ¼

    cup milk

  • 1

    can of French onion soup

  • 1

cup shredded cheese – we like pepper jack and medium cheddar

  • 2

    teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 2

    tablespoons dill relish

  • 1

    teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1

tablespoon dried parsley (1-2 teaspoons fresh)

Directions

1. First thing, get your spaghetti boiling; be sure to add a little salt to the water. 2. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown meat and drain fat. Season the meat to taste, just as you would season your cheeseburgers. Leave meat in skillet and set aside. 3. Cook the pasta to al dente, drain water, and put the pasta back in the pot. 4. Back to your skillet, on medium heat, stir in milk, French onion soup, half the cheese, Dijon, relish, Worcestershire and parsley. Add the meat to your noodles & combine completely, coating the pasta. 5. Transfer everything to a 2 quart oven-safe dish, topped with the remaining ½ cup of grated cheese. Broil for about 10 minutes, just to melt the cheese. Serve with a green salad.
