Ingredients

  • 1 8or 9" pie crust
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 can of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can of evaporated milk

Step 1

. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl until combined, pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, lower heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 45 minutes

. Refrigerate pie until serving time
