Mexican Black Bean Wrap

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed & mashed
  • 2 Tbs sour cream
  • Several dashes hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
  • Several pickled or fresh jalapeno slices
  • 2 Tbs crumbled cooked bacon
  • Chopped cilantro
  • 10-12 inch soft tortilla or wrap

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except tortilla, together in bowl. Fill tortilla or wrap. Fold securely & brown in panini maker or in pan, until cheese is melted
