Ingredients
- 1/2 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 roma (plum) tomato, chopped
- 1/2 (5 ounce) jar pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 (4 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/4 (10 ounce) package baby greens
- 1/4 (10 ounce) package romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix vegetables, cheese and olives. In a separate bowl, mix other ingredients. Pour dressing over the vegetables, and toss to coat.
