MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can mandarin oranges (with liquid)
- Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat together 3-4 minutes. Do not add any other ingredients.
- Pour equally into 3 round cake pans.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple in it's own juice
1 Pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 (13 oz) container Cool Whip
Mix together Pudding and Pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost one layer at a time then frost top and all sides. Refrigerate. Super moist delicious!!
