  • 8 Slices Cinnamon Bread, cubed
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. Maple Syrup

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Lay the bread cubes in an even layer in the dish. Beat the eggs with the milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Pour over the bread. Bake for 45 minutes, until top is golden brown. Serve with additional maple syrup.
