  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons finely-grated onion
  • 1 small garlic clove pressed
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh chives

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

This recipe yields about 1 1/4 cups.
