  • 3 Cups Strawberries, fresh or thawed frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Pink Lemonade Mix
  • 1 Box White Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter, cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" square baking pan with nonstick spray. Spread strawberries in prepared pan; sprinkle with lemonade mix. Top with cake mix, spreading evenly. Top with butter in single layer. Slowly pour water over top, covering cake mix as much as possible. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
