Scalloped Potatoes

  • 8 med. sized potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

Alternate layers of potatoes, onions and green pepper in a greased 2-quart casserole or baking dish. Mix soup, milk and seasonings; pour over potatoes. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
