Ingredients
- 3/4 c nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/4 c skim mlk
- 1/2 c cocoa powder
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1/2 c Truvia or any sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c apple sauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
