Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 carrots
- 2 medium size zucchini
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- pre-made cucumber sauce, or plain yogurt with cucumber
- OR sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Grate carrots and zucchini.
Add the cooked quinoa and eggs to carrots and zucchini.
Put in greased pan and cook 30 minutes.
Serve with sauce.
