BAJA CALIFORNIA CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 8 boned chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cups dry sherry
  • ● Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt and pepper to taste.
  • ● Crush garlic into oil and vinegar in a skillet.
  • ● Saute chicken pieces until golden brown turning frequently.
  • ● Remove chicken and place in a baking dish.
  • ● Pour sherry over chicken and place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
