Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef or Turkey, cooked
- 1/2 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix (about 1 heaping Tablespoon)
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Can Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/4 Cup Ripe Olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 Small Can Mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 (7 oz.) Can Biscuits
- Melted Butter
- Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Mix soup, cream cheese, milk, onion soup mix, salt and pepper in the casserole until smooth. Add ground beef, olives and/or mushrooms and stir to blend. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Arrange biscuits on top, return to oven and bake 10-15 minutes more until biscuits are browned. Brush biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Note: Add a 16 oz. bag of mixed vegetables and add to meat mixture before baking if desired.
