Easy OREO Truffles

Once you try these Truffles you'll be asking someone to pinch you... no you're not dreaming. It's just that these Oreo Truffles are the stuff dreams are made of. Oreo Cookie crumbs are blended with cream cheese and covered with a chocolate shell for an experience you'll never want to wake up from. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 package (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 package (1 pound 2 ounce) Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 4-1/4 cups), divided
• 2 packages (8 squares each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended.

Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
