Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. white corn syrup
• 1/4 c. margarine
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• Large can sweet potatoes
• Marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except potatoes; boil until dissolved. Layer sweet potatoes in pan. Pour the sauce over potatoes and sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake until hot and marshmallows are melted. Bake at 350 degrees. May add just potatoes to sauce and heat on top of stove. These are delicious!
