Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups white corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 325, grease a 2 quart baking dish.

in bowl beat eggs, add butter, sugar,sugar and spices.

stir in remaining ingredients, pour into baking dish.

bake 1 hour,15 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
