Ingredients

  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 Can Cream Style Corn
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except the cheese in a large bowl. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake 20 more minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
