Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 3/4 Cup Celery, diced (about 3 ribs)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tube Refrigerator Biscuits (7 oz.)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken pieces (cut in half) in a 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with non-stick spray. In a bowl, combine soup, celery, onion, egg and seasonings. Mix until well blended. Cut each biscuit into 8-10 small pieces, then add to bowl and stir gently. Pour sauce evenly over chicken. Bake for about 1 hour, until chicken is done and biscuits pieces have puffed and are browned.
