Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 tbl. chopped onion (add to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • salt and pepper ( to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and boil potatoes w/ bay leaf. Cook until not quite done or partially freeze and grate. Put in baking dish.
Mix all ingredients.
Bake 350' for 30 min.
Sprinkle on a few buttered bread crumbs or with a bit of cheese the last 5-10 min.
