Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 48 Hershey kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together and set aside first three ingredients.

Combine next seven ingredients. Add flour mixture and combine. Roll into ball the size of rounded tsps. Roll into sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 375 for ten minutes. When they come out of oven, while still on cookie sheet, add a Hershey kiss to the center. Place of rack and allow to cool.
