Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 3/4 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Thin icing
- Chocolate decorating candies
- Cocoanut
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cocoa, sugar and water in saucepan and boil hard 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in lemon juice, graham wafer crumbs, coconut and vanilla.
Shape mixture into tiny balls with buttered hands. Put on waxed paper and let stand to dry for 30 minutes.
Dip each ball in thin icing and shake to remove excess, then roll in chocolate decorating candies or coconut.
Set on waxed paper and chill until set. Makes about 5 dozen.
