Fresh Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ c flour
  • 1 c water
  • ¾ c ricotta cheese
  • ¼ c parmesan cheese
  • Basil
  • s&p
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c shredded cooked chicken

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the flour and water together and then put it aside to rest for 10 mins before rolling it out.
2. Mix together the chicken, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, basil, s&p and egg together as the filling.
3. Roll out your dough and cut out circle shapes about 8’ in diameter. Put 1 to 1 ½ tsp of the filling in the center of each circle. Close the circle to form a half moon.
4. Cook in boiling water for 5 – 8 mins and serve with what ever sauce you like.
