    pounds shoulder roast (clog)

    tablespoons paprika

  • 1/8

    cup garlic powder

  • 1/4

    cup monosodium glutamate

  • 3

    tablespoons salt

  • 2

    tablespoons dry mustard

  • 1/4

    cup onion powder

  • 1/2

    tablespoon oregano

  • 1 1/4

    tablespoons freshly-ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except the meat. Then rub into the meat. Line a cookie sheet with foil, folding up edges. Bake at 175 degrees. (Medium: 18 hours or Done: 19 hours) Let set for one hour before slicing. This recipe yields ?? servings.
