Butter Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • pinch salt
  • 12 unbaked tart shells

Preparation

Step 1

Cream brown sugar, syrup and butter well in medium bowl.

Add next 5 ingredients. Stir well.

Divide among pastry shells. Bake in 375F oven for about 20 minutes.
