Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, peeled and quartered
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, combine the ginger, onion and garlic. Process until finely minced. Add the remaining ingredients and process again until smooth.
Marinate poultry or fish for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerate.
