Ingredients
- 6 (4-oz.) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup white wine OR chicken broth
- 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Brown rice and steamed broccoli.
VEGETARIAN: Use non-breaded faux chicken patties.
KOSHER: No changes necessary.
