Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Cups Milk
- 4 Oz. Can Mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup Pimento, chopped
- 6 Eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
- 6 Slices Toast
- 6 sprigs Parsley, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter; blend in flour. Add seasonings. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Gently stir in mushrooms and pimento. Add eggs; do not stir. Heat to serving temperature. Serve on toast. Garnish with parsley. 6 Servings, 1/2 cup each.
