- 1 (16 oz.) Bag Hash Browns, frozen, thawed
- 10 Slices Bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Lay the potatoes in the dish. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon and onions. Cook until the bacon is crisp. Beat the eggs with the milk and add the bacon and onion mixture. Pour over the hash browns. Cover and bake for 40 minutes, until eggs are set. Remove from oven and top with the cheese. Pop back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
