Dip - Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 1 (14 oz) can mild green chiles
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichokes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and chop green chilies and artichokes. Place in a 9" pie plate.

Mix mayonnaise and cheese in a bowl. Spread over artichokes and chilies.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or just until top show slight sign of browning.

Serve with ridged potato chips, corn chips or thick crackers.
