  • 1 Can Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 (15 oz.) Can Pumpkin Puree (NOT pie filling)
  • 1 Cup Cream or Half and Half
  • 2 Tbs. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
