Crawfish Etouffee

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. crawfish
  • 1 stick butter
  • Guidry's onion mixture
  • 1 T. flour
  • seasoning to taste
  • green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cook vegetables in butter until golden brown. Stir in 1 tablepoon flour and stir until brown. Add crawfish. season to taste. Add water and let simmer. Add green onions before serving.
