Ingredients
- 5 lbs. ground meat
- onion, chopped
- bell pepper, chopped
- garlic
- 4-5 packages McCormick spaghetti seasoning
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 carton cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
- 1 box lasagna
- 2 packages Mozarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground meat with onion and bell pepper and garlic. Add tomatoes and spaghetti seasoning and cook for about 1 hour over stove.
Layer:
meat sauce
lasagna
cottage cheese
mozarella cheese
Repeat layers with the last layer being meat sauce, then cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and bubbles.
