Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Squash
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • Pimento, onion, salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Drain squash, mash and season. Add sour cream and soup. Melt butter and add to stuffing (3/4 package), mixing well. In buttered casserole dish, add thin layer of stuffing fist, then the squash mixture, top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until the casserole is bubbling at the edges. Serves about 12 but can be halved easily. Freezes well.
