Ingredients
- Non-aerosol cooking spray
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place chicken in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices.
