Ingredients
- 1 salmon filet
- 1 ounce chopped brie
- 1 ounce crab meat
- 2-4 pinches of fresh dill weed
- 2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- splash of white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the salmon filet into several 7-8 ounce sections. Cut slits through the center of each section.
For the stuffing, take the crab, chopped brie and a pinch or two of fresh dill weed and mix with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mixture should be pasty, not runny.
Stuff the mixture inside the salmon sections and bake at 350ºF. for 12-15 minutes.
For the dill sauce, take two cloves of minced, roasted garlic and saute in two tablespoons of butter. Once bubbling, add a splash of white wine, a pinch or two of fresh dill and two ounces of heavy whipping cream. Reduce to a low boil for a minute.
Pour sauce over salmon as desired.
