- 1 Lb. Red Potatoes, quartered
- 1 Cup Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
- 1 Tbs. Chopped Onion
- 8 Chicken Thighs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl or plastic bag. Lay in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
