Ingredients
- 2 TBS White balsamic vinegar or Champagne vinegar
- 2 TBS White wine
- 1 TBS Fresh shallots, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh Italian flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh Cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Fresh Cracked pink peppercorns if desired for color
- Sea Salt to taste
- 1 doz. Handy oysters on the half shell (fully defrosted)
