White Chocolate Candy (Valerie's recipe)

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups broken pretzel pieces
• 1 1/2 cups cocktail peanuts
• 1 - 12 oz. bag Toll House White Morsels

Preparation

Step 1

Have cookie sheet with wax paper ready as well as a second piece of wax paper to flatten mixture on cookie sheet.

Mix together pretzels and peanuts, set aside.

Melt white morsels in microwave in large3 enough owl to add the 3 cups of mixture once chips are melted. About every 1 minute on Power 5, checking and stirring often.

Immediately add to pretzel mixture, stir to coat and turn out onto cookie sheet. Use second piece of wax paper to flatten. Remove second waxed paper, put in refer for and hour or so and then break up by hand into serving pieces.
