Ingredients

  • 2

    Cups Chopped or Shredded Cooked Chicken

  • 1

    Cup Cooked Rice

  • 3

    Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped

  • 2

    Tbs. Chopped Onions

  • 1

    Tbs. Chopped Celery

  • 1

    Can Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1

    Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1

    Cup Shredded Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken, rice, eggs, and vegetables in a large bowl. Add soup and mayonnaise. Spread the mixture evenly in a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
