  • 1-2 Tbs. Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat butter in large frying pan. Add onion and cook until tender. Add flour. Cook and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Add water and mix until smooth. Add frozen spinach. Cover and cook about 15 minutes, stirring constantly as spinach thaws. Season with salt and pepper.
