Amazing Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Baking Mix, such as Bisquick
• 2/3 Cups Milk
• 2 Tbs. Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1 Egg
• 1 Apple, cored, peeled and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray an 8" cake pan with cooking spray. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and then pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
