Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • two 3 pound corned beef (brisket or round)
  • 2 bottles of beer
  • one whole garlic clove peeled
  • 1/4 cup of whole pepper corns
  • two bay leaves
  • one of the seasoning packs
  • water

Preparation

Step 1

add all ingredients to pot, adding enough water to cover roasts. Place lid on the pot and bring to a boil reduce heat to medium low for 4 hours. Check every hour to make sure there is enough water add more if necessary
