Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients together then cover.
2. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 min. Shorter time for crisper pickles and higher watt.
3. Refrigerate to cool before serving.
Makes one pint.
