Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Korean chili pepper paste (gochujahng 고추장)
- 3 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper flakes (gochugahloo 고추가) omit this to reduce the heat)
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon crushed toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together gochujang, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sake, sesame oil, honey and sesame seeds.
