Almond Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped or slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the first 6 ingredients.

Stir liquid ingredients into dry mixture. Spread out on baking sheet and bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Can add dried cranberries or other dried fruits.
