Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 6 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 fresh basil leaves, or 1/2 tsp. dry
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlice, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • butter, melted, infused with garlic
  • crusty buns

Preparation

Step 1

Combine tomato, salt, pepper, oil, minced garlic, parsley, oregano and basil and let sit in fridge to let flavors combine.

Melt butter with a clove of crushed garlic to flavor.

Cut buns in half and toast under broiler or on grill. Brush with melted butter and top with tomato mixture.
