Crunchy Onion Bacon Potatoes

- 6 c prepared mashed potatoes
- 12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c french fried onions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8" square glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer half of the potatoes in the baking dish, sprinkle with half the bacon, half the cheese and half the onions. Top with remaining potatoes.
Bake 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese and onions. Bake 5" or until cheese is melted.
