Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish plus
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish drained, and squeezed dry
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons whole-grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cored Granny Smith apple with peel thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons finely-chopped red onion

Step 1
Whisk all of the ingredients except for the apple and the onion in a large bowl until well blended. Add the apple and onion, and fold in gently. Refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend.
