Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 5 rings dried pineapple, 8 tidbits = 1 ring
  • pineapple or orange juice, for consistency

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse dried pineapple in water to remove any sulpher. Cut into small pieces.

Combine all ingredients and let set until dried pineapple is soft. (overnight)

Blend in blender until smooth. It may not need any juice if strawberries have enough liquid.

Allow jam to set up in fridge, or use immediately as a topping for waffles, french toast or pancakes.
